In this policy, The Modern Luxury Collective, the Collective, we, us or our refers to the collective website and, where relevant, the participating properties and the legal entities that own, operate or manage them.

Each participating property receiving your information may contact you directly in relation to your enquiry. A property must not use an enquiry for unrelated marketing unless you have consented to receive that marketing or another lawful basis applies.
We will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
