WHAT WE ARE
The Modern Luxury Collective is a curated group of nine luxury lodges and hotels spanning New Zealand from Northland through to Queenstown. The collective represents a uniquely New Zealand approach to modern luxury, rooted in place, design, hospitality, landscape, and meaningful guest experiences.

THE JOURNey
Northland to Queenstown
The journey begins at The Landing Residences, Bay of Islands, where ocean adventures, private beaches, vineyard experiences and Māori heritage storytelling embody New Zealand's coastal lifestyle, joined nearby by Paroa Bay, a private coastal estate of vineyards, native bush and one-hat dining above Russell. Travelling south, it passes through Craggy Range's food and wine country in Hawke's Bay, Flockhill's high-country wilderness and The Lindis's remote fly fishing and fine dining, before reaching Minaret Station's helicopter-access alpine adventure in the Southern Alps and and Mt Isthmus Villa's secluded estate between Lake Hāwea and Lake Wānaka. The journey culminates in the Southern Lakes at ROKI Collection Queenstown, complemented by The Landing Suites at The Hotel Britomart, Auckland, an urban counterpoint at either end of the route.
